Technical Support

This includes assistance with setting up various types of hardware including computers, printers, modems, scanners, digital cameras, broadband Internet,  etc. It also includes help with specific errors or problems you might have with your hardware or software. I have a wide range of experience with different programs and computer systems, so chances are if you're having a computer related problem, I've seen it before and can help resolve it for you quickly!

Training

Do you need help with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Access, or PowerPoint? Would you like to learn how to use the Internet more effectively for your business? Perhaps you recently bought a digital camera and would like some pointers for creating terrific digital photos? These are examples of the kinds of things that I can teach you!

These days, the number of choices available to consumers can be terribly overwhelming. Even once you've selected a specific computer model, often there is a dizzying array of decisions that need to be made: how much RAM and hard drive space do you need? What kind of monitor will work best for your situation? Do you need a network card, and if so what kind? What version of the operating system is right for you? I can provide expert assistance in making these selections, as well as helping you to choose the best software applications to meet your goals AND your budget!
